WILL I LOSE CONTROL?

Absolutely not. You are always in control and cannot be made to do anything that is in any way inconsistent with what you want.

IS HYPNOSIS DANGEROUS?

It is not. You can't get 'stuck' in hypnosis. You won't be unconscious. You will be relaxed, comfortable and fully informed beforehand so that you understand what does and does not happen in the process.

WHAT IF I

CAN'T BE HYPNOTIZED?

Everyone can be hypnotized. The only requirement is willingness.

HOW MANY HYPNOSIS SESSIONS DO I NEED?

Fewer than traditional therapies. You will probably be surprised how few sessions and how much better you feel after just one.

HOW WILL I FEEL AFTER HYPNOSIS?

Most people feel like they've just had a nap!
